In this episode, Sayali attempts to relieve her husband Sachin's pain with a massage. Renuka advises them to see a doctor. Sachin lovingly feeds Sayali.

Sayali tries to give her husband Sachin a massage to help with his pain, but her strong hands make him uncomfortable. Despite her efforts, Sachin ends up screaming in pain, which brings Renuka rushing into the room. Shocked to find Sayali standing on Sachin's back, Renuka scolds her for not respecting her husband and suggests they visit a doctor. Feeling embarrassed, Sayali quietly listens as Renuka leaves the room.
Renuka shares the incident with Paresh, who, instead of supporting her, rebukes Renuka for interfering in Sachin and Sayali's private matters. Renuka is left confused when she sees how easily Sachin forgives Sayali and starts wondering if Sayali has used some kind of magic on him. Meanwhile, Sachin realizes that despite her scolding, his mother cares for him, as she rushed into the room when she heard his cries.
As dawn breaks, Sayali wakes Sachin following Renuka’s orders, and the two brothers sit in the drawing room, puzzled as to why their mother has asked them to wake up so early. Renuka explains the rituals of Karwa Chauth, and Sayali becomes excited to participate in them. Sachin feels pleased seeing her enthusiasm.
Renuka presents gifts to her daughters-in-law, but Sachin notices a clear bias as Renuka favors Roshni over Sayali, which angers him. During the pre-fast meal, Sayali lovingly serves Sachin, and Sachin feeds her with his own hands, following the rituals. Roshni reminds everyone that after this meal, they can’t eat anything until the evening, surprising the family.
As the day progresses, Renuka and Tejas struggle with hunger but can’t eat as Sachin keeps a watchful eye on them, ensuring they follow the fast properly.
Precap: Sayali waits anxiously for Sachin at the temple, but his delay in arriving makes her tense.
